Event info:

  * Theme: "Pep Rally"
  * Audience: Staff at the Orange County Department of Education
  * Location: Outside next to lunch tables - surface is concrete (parking lot/sidewalk/outdoor quad) - between the A and B buildings inside the OCDE campus
  * Stage out front and we will march in through the doors to the side of building A,
     * We will not enter the sliding glass doors of building A

Date/Timing:
Thursday, September 24

  * Arrive: 10:45 a.m. in the front of OCDE main campus (200 Kalmus Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, BUS PROVIDED BY OCDE)
  * Perform: 11:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
  * I'm flexible with the creative vision of the director but envision something like this:
  * Marching band comes walking in playing a song then line up at the front of the lunch tables to perform for a few minutes, then march out.
  * Refreshments: 11:15-11:30 a.m. (waters, snacks)
  * Departure: 11:30 a.m.
