The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) is now using online data confirmation. Online Data Confirmation will allow for PYLUSD parents/guardians to update student information through the Aeries Parent Portal rather than having to complete and return student information paperwork.
To complete the Online Data Confirmation process, an Aeries Parent Portal account must be created and/or accessed. Once an Aeries Parent Portal account is created and/or accessed, PYLUSD families can complete Online Data Confirmation. Throughout the school year, parents/guardians will also be able to view student attendance records, grades, standardized test scores, and more through the Aeries Parent Portal.
PYLUSD parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to create and/or access an Aeries Parent Portal account. Upon signing in to the Aeries Parent Portal, click 'Data Confirmation' under the 'Student Info' tab (top left corner) to begin the process. Once again, Online Data Confirmation will eliminate the need to complete and return paper student information forms. Online Data Confirmation will also allow for PYLUSD families to review the Parent Information Handbook in the Aeries Parent Portal.
